Basement renovations

Design and construction of extensive renovations and additions to the home included kitchen and domed breakfast room addition, theater, new entry porticoes and landscaping, new travertine pool surround and landscaping, new decks and changing rooms, new guest room addition.

Kitchen

The owner is a professionally trained chef with specific needs for function as well as ornamental detailing. The kitchen cabinetry was completely custom designed, detailed and built with carved moldings and columns, and custom free form granite detailing.

Exteriors

The pool area was completely restructured. New travertine hardscaping, new deck with dressing room and bathroom below, new landscaping all around. The brick from around the pool was re-purposed in the front of the house. The breakfast room terrace was new travertine as well
