Training Facility and Offices

The IBEW's existing facilities will be roughly quadrupled in size to include state of the art classrooms, union meeting halls, offices and related uses.  As its core mission to educate and train union electrical line workers has grown, the new facility will support this growth.  A new high bay training area allows indoor education for both high voltage line work and safety practices while instructors can work with trainees observing at eye level from the mezzanines.   Specialized features support training in underground wiring, high voltage transformers and safety.   Assembly halls, class rooms, and administrative offices complete the plan.
