Historic Home, Renovations and Additions

The home was built in the mid 1800's and added to a number of times. We wanted to extend the decorative scheme of the house, adding an entertainment oriented kitchen, a bar, a master bedroom suite and extensive structural repairs. The kitchen is an addition to the home which required cutting into a hill that slopes toward the rear of the house. The challenge was the hillside cutting off views which presented the opportunity to create an eye level garden.
