The Project
An existing restaurant in very poor condition offered a valuable location but little else. Renovations included removal of the roof structure, inserting an open atrium and skylight, excavation of the basement an additional two feet to accommodate all new kitchens, all new floor structure and wall structure, finishes and systems.
