Transformations
The home was in great location with nice views but in need of design reconsideration. To transform and add to this existing home with great views to the right, the exterior of the existing home was left in place and everthing else was demolished. The gambrel roof is a modification to the existing roof. This maximizes the value of the existing structure while transforming its character and establishing design characteristics to extend to the addition. The front porch wraps around and extends both first and second floor decks oriented to the view and the sunset.
